FlameOFF Coatings, Inc. manufactures/distributes fire retardant and Intumescent  Paint products. Certified applicators are also available in your market to ensure proper application of the Intumescent Paint technologies.

Intumescent Paint can be used on a wide variety of substrates such as sheetrock, wood,
concrete, sheet metal, foam, composite panels, fiberglass, interior woods, exterior woods, closed cell foams, open cell foams, and carbon graphite. Intumescent Paints can be used in walls and ceilings that need to be rated with ASTM E-119, for 1hour, 2hour , 3hour standards; room corner testing in accordance with UBC 26-3 / UBC 8-2 standard and thermal barrier testing protocols.

FlameOFF Coatings, Inc also provides  flame retardant technologies for use in office buildings, nursing homes, apartments, hotels, restaurants, theaters, schools, churches and other commercial structures that are all in need of protection. Our products are typically
applied by pressure spray systems, are water based, non-toxic and have been fully tested and approved for a wide variety of construction and transportation projects.

Intumescent Paint must be fully tested and validated. Intumescent Paint testing is required to be full scale to be ICC compliant. Majority of the industry has small scale testing and it is not considered a listed assembly. Intumescent paint testing must not have painted assemblies submitted by the client to be considered a listing. Most intumescent paint assemblies are developmental burns due to the fact the manufacture applied the coating. The lab must apply the coating, build the assembly, and verify the thickness to be considered a valid test. If the Intumescent Paint is not applied properly the building owner will not get the fire protection that a Intumescent Paint is suppose to provide. FlameOFF Coatings, Inc can also inspect a Intumescent Paint that has been applied to a structure. You will receive a certificate of where the Intumescent Paint was field applied.
